Kenly Y. Palma Lucero is a dedicated educator and emerging leader currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Management in the Honors College of Business at George Mason University. She began her professional journey through Urban Alliance, where she interned at Aspire Afterschool Program. Kenly quickly advanced to the program instructor role and now serves as a floater, supporting multiple classrooms and instructional needs.
Kenly’s commitment to student growth, her compassion, and her strong instructional skills have made her a valued and trusted member of the Aspire community. Drawing from her own educational experiences, she builds meaningful connections with students and has taught every core subject from elementary through middle school.
In addition to her instructional work, Kenly integrates her management studies at George Mason University into her professional role. She has developed a strong passion for operations, supporting staff, and helping programs run smoothly. She excels in coordinating schedules, managing responsibilities, and ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are met with professionalism and efficiency.
