Jimmia Gray has a skilled background in operations management and the healthcare field. Before joining Aspire, she was the Operations Manager at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders for six years. During that time, she personally managed, oversaw, and onboarded 25 new students, putting the organization at full capacity for the first time in CARD Academy’s history. Jimmia also hired and onboarded 45+ staff members and created three new positions, which met the goal of being fully staffed to ensure students’ needs were met. She was named employee of the month countless times and has received several certificates of achievement including excellent leadership, most innovative, most helpful, stellar performance, and more. Jimmia also has a science degree and is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. She holds certifications in phlebotomy and EKG, is a highly rated and highly trained Certified CPR/AED and First Aid Instructor, and teaches Basic Life Support for healthcare providers.
Jimmia joined Aspire because it is home to amazing people who truly wish to make a difference. She looks forward to contributing to the growth and well-being of Aspire, as well as learning, embracing, and becoming a part of Aspire’s culture. Outside of work, Jimmia enjoys reading, writing poetry, learning new things, and helping others.
