Roman Sahibyan joined the Aspire team first as an Urban Alliance intern in 2025 and then as a Youth Development Apprentice in 2026. He graduated from Alexandria City High School and is currently study Economics at Northern Virginia Community College. He chose to work at Aspire because he believes he can play a positive teaching role, and is excited to be part of Aspire’s new Youth Development Apprenticeship program.
