Food Pantry
As part of Aspire's work to holistically support our students and families, we launched a small food pantry in the fall of 2025. The pantry is available from 11:30am-6:00pm, M-F when Aspire is open, at Aspire's location on the third floor of the Arlington Mill Community Center. The pantry is currently available only to Aspire families. You do not need to fill out an application in advance, we just ask that you fill out a short, five-question form each time you use the pantry.
Interested in supporting the pantry? We have information below on what items are in most demand and when you can drop off food. For corporate partners and food distributors, please reach out directly to our team.
Any questions, please email info@aspireafterschool.org.
Support the Food Pantry
Thank you for your interest in supporting Aspire's food pantry! You can bring your unopened, non-perishable food donations to our location on the third floor of the Arlington Mill Community Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. If these times don't work for you, please email info@aspireafterschool.org to coordinate a drop off time.
Please note that due to our small size, we are only able to accept the items listed below and are not accepting any frozen/refrigerated food at this time. Due to food safety regulations, we also are not able to accept prepared foods such as sandwiches, leftover meals from catered events, or sauces/jams made at home.
In-demand items that we are currently accepting:
- Maseca (corn flour)
- Oil
- Beans (dry or canned)
- Oatmeal (old fashion)
- Sugar
- Rice
- Cereal
- Juices
- Noodles (pasta)
- Salsa/sauce for pasta
How do I enroll my child?
Enrollment for our afterschool program typically begins in late summer.
