Andrew Gelsinger first joined the Aspire team in the fall of 2024 as an Americorps Member. Andrew graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelors of Arts in History. Andrew previously worked with the Close-Up Foundation, working with students from across the country to develop their own political voices and confidence to share their thoughts and views among their peers. At Aspire, Andrew leads activities and lessons for our Middle School classroom, and strives to make an educational space where students can be both productive and have fun. Andrew is committed to bridging gaps in student learning, whether it be literacy, math, history, or sciences. Andrew enjoys working with students and plans to continue to foster healthy and safe learning environments for students to develop and grow.
